We’ll arrange a call with one of our registered Occupational Therapists. During this call, they will confirm whether you may qualify for Pension Age Disability Payment. If you are eligible, we’ll explain the next steps and only proceed with the application with your agreement.

Get the support you’re entitled to with help from our healthcare experts.
We’re the only Pension Age Disability Payment (PADP) service led by qualified healthcare experts. We handle the process carefully, with no fees unless the application is successful.
Having the right support matters.
Many people miss out on more than £5,700 per year in support simply because the application process wasn’t handled correctly.
Why choose professional assistance for your application?
The Pension Age Disability Payment application consists of 88 pages and asks for detailed information that can be difficult to navigate without support. Over 60% of applications are rejected, this is often due to how the form is completed rather than eligibility itself.
How our process works
A registered Occupational Therapist is assigned to support you, carrying out a thorough assessment of your care needs and managing the application process on your behalf.

Comprehensive Consultation Call
This step reviews the information you’ve already provided and gathers any further details needed to complete your application. Your Occupational Therapist will then have everything required to complete the 88-page Pension Age Disability Payment form.
Once finished, the form will be completed and endorsed by your OT, then posted to you by 1st Class Royal Mail within 4 days for your approval, signature, and submission to the Social Security, Scotland (SSS).
A Risk Free Outcome
Month 1: The SSS confirms they’ve received your application.
Month 2: The SSS notifies you of the outcome.
Month 3: Any awarded payments are backdated to the date your form was received.
Once you receive your backdated payment, AAS will collect the fee for the Occupational Therapist’s services—this is usually fully covered by your first payment. If your application is unsuccessful, there will be no fee to pay.
