One of our Occupational TherapistS will be assigned to assess your eligibility for the Attendance Allowance application process at no cost to you. 

If you are eligible and decide our service would be beneficial the Occupational Therapist will then begin the application process and complete the necessary paperwork and forms on your behalf.
