1. Introduction

Welcome to Attendance Allowance Services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please review these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services

We offer a service that assesses the care needs of individuals for an Attendance Allowance on their behalf ("Services"). Our Services include:

Assessing the care needs of individuals through interviews, questionnaires, and other appropriate methods.

Gathering and verifying necessary documentation.

Applying for the Attendance Allowance form on behalf of the individual.

Professional completion of Attendance Allowance form by hand.

3. Confidential Information

We are committed to protecting your privacy and confidentiality. "Confidential Information" includes any personal, medical, or other information you provide to us in connection with our Services. We will not disclose your Confidential Information to any third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our Services.

3.1 Use of Confidential Information

Your Confidential Information will be used solely for the purpose of providing our Services.

We will share your information with Government agencies for completion of the Attendance Allowance form.

3.2 Protection of Confidential Information

We employ appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your Confidential Information against unauthorised access, use, or disclosure.

Our employees, agents, and contractors are bound by confidentiality obligations.

4. Your Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete and current information.

Cooperate with us by providing any additional information or documentation we may need.

Notify us promptly of any changes to your circumstances.

Review, sign and submit the completed Attendance Allowance form in the post to the DWP without altering or adding any information pre-populated by the Occupational Therapist. 

5. Fees and Payment

Details regarding fees and payment terms for our Services will be provided separately. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the payment terms provided.

If an application is unsuccessful, a full refund of any payments will be refunded to you within 3 working days.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and timely Services, we do not guarantee that all applications for Attendance Allowance will be successful. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the Services provided. 

In the unlikely event of an unsuccessful application, AAS will be fully responsible for all costs associated with processing the Attendance Allowance claim, including the cost of your assigned Occupational Therapist.   

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law principles.
